Use common sense
No use of hacked clients or client-side cheats which give you a gameplay advantage over others
- What is allowed:
  - Performance and graphics enhancing mods,
  - Cosmetic mods,
  - Utility mods such as chest sorters,
  - Minimap mods,
  - Fullbright mods,
  - Schematic mods
- What isn’t allowed:
  - X-Ray resource packs or mods,
  - Hacked clients which give you an advantage in PVP, movement, etc.
Do not attempt to cause lag on the server
Do not exploit a bug or vulnerability, instead report it to us
Do not exceed the limit of 1 alt account per player
Alt accounts cannot own towns, but can be residents in them
PvP is only allowed in PvP designated areas
- This means any plot which is a PvP plot by Towny
- Any killing in plots that are not a PvP designated area, whether it be by lava, fall-damage etc. isn’t allowed
Creating gold farms is not allowed

Do not claim near another town in a way which blocks the other town from expanding or with the intention to ruin the surrounding area
Do not make odd town claims in a way which is unappealing (long one-block claims, disconnected areas, large holes…)
Town and nation names should be at least partially realistic and sensical (e.g., “Blablabla” is not a good name, while “Blatown” is)
Do not steal from a nation or town bank
Stealing from inventory containers (chests, shulkers…) in claimed and unclaimed land is allowed
Do not kill or steal mobs and other entities in claimed land
Do not grief in claimed land
- This includes any chests, shulkers, beacons…
Do not grief in unclaimed land
- If a build is clearly a part of a town, but is unclaimed, then don’t grief it
- You can steal any valuables, however don’t destroy anything in a way which makes the build or its surroundings unappealing

Do not spam or flood the chat
Do not advertise any service or content which is unrelated to the server
- You can mention other Minecraft servers by name, but do not post links to them or encourage players to join them
- You can post your Youtube, Twitch or other content if it is related to the server
Do not harass others, post slurs or other inflammatory content
- This applies to services outside of the server chat and the official Discord server if they can be reasonably proven
- Any doxxing, stalking or sexual harassment should be reported immediately through the ticket system or by direct message to an administrator on Discord
Do not provoke others to break rules, indulge in self-harm or dangerous activities
Do not post links to websites which contain inflammatory, dangerous or NSFW content
- This includes links which are:
  - Malicious (ip loggers, virus links…)
  - Include sexual or gore content
  - Include flashing images which could harm people with photosensitive epilepsy

Purposefully inflating your towns total foreign trade volume by using alts or friends isn’t allowed
